中非创新枢纽论坛（China-Africa Innovation Hub Forum，简称CAIH）于2014年在北京成立，由中华人民共和国外交部与非洲联盟委员会共同发起，国家国际发展合作署（CIDCA）、商务部、科学技术部等中央部委联合支持，是目前中非之间规格最高、覆盖最广的综合性创新合作论坛机制。
The China-Africa Innovation Hub Forum (CAIH) was established in Beijing in 2014, co-initiated by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China and the African Union Commission, with joint support from CIDCA, the Ministry of Commerce, and the Ministry of Science and Technology. It is currently the highest-level and most comprehensive innovation cooperation forum mechanism between China and Africa.
Le Forum d'Innovation Chine-Afrique (CAIH) a été créé à Pékin en 2014, co-initié par le Ministère des Affaires étrangères de la RPC et la Commission de l'Union africaine, avec le soutien conjoint de la CIDCA, du Ministère du Commerce et du Ministère des Sciences et Technologies.
论坛秉持"共商、共建、共享"的核心理念，致力于构建中非政府、企业、学术机构、国际组织之间的多层次、多领域高层对话平台。自成立以来，论坛已成功举办十一届年度峰会，累计吸引来自全球的超过25,000名代表出席，促成签约合作项目总额逾680亿美元。
The forum upholds the core principle of "consultation, construction, and sharing," committed to building a multi-level, multi-sector high-level dialogue platform among Chinese and African governments, enterprises, academic institutions, and international organizations. Since its founding, the forum has successfully held eleven annual summits, attracting over 25,000 delegates and facilitating cooperation agreements totaling over $68 billion.
Le forum adhère au principe fondamental de "consultation, construction et partage", s'engageant à construire une plateforme de dialogue de haut niveau multi-niveaux et multi-secteurs. Depuis sa fondation, le forum a tenu onze sommets annuels, attirant plus de 25 000 délégués et facilitant des accords de coopération totalisant plus de 68 milliards de dollars.
论坛设立常设秘书处，由中国外交部非洲司与非盟发展署联合运营，负责年度峰会的统筹协调、成员机构管理及日常对外联络事务。目前，论坛已吸收来自中国及非洲54个国家的230余家政府机构、行业协会、高校科研机构及龙头企业成为正式成员。
The forum has a permanent secretariat jointly operated by China's MFA African Affairs Department and the AU Development Agency, responsible for coordinating the annual summit, managing member organizations, and daily external communications. Currently, over 230 government agencies, industry associations, universities, research institutions, and leading enterprises from China and 54 African countries have become official members.
Le forum dispose d'un secrétariat permanent co-exploité par le Département des affaires africaines du MAE chinois et l'Agence de développement de l'UA. Plus de 230 agences gouvernementales, associations industrielles, universités et institutions de recherche sont membres officiels.

本论坛由中华人民共和国外交部与非洲联盟委员会共同发起主办，得到联合国非洲经济委员会（UNECA）、非洲开发银行、中非发展基金等国际机构的战略支持。论坛坚持政治互信、互利共赢、合作共进的原则，推动中非全面战略合作伙伴关系不断深化。
This forum is co-initiated and co-organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China and the African Union Commission, with strategic support from UNECA, the African Development Bank, and the China-Africa Development Fund. The forum upholds the principles of political mutual trust, mutual benefit, and collaborative progress.
Ce forum est co-initié et co-organisé par le Ministère des Affaires étrangères de la RPC et la Commission de l'Union africaine, avec le soutien stratégique de la CNUCED, de la BAD et du Fonds Chine-Afrique pour le développement.
